At Resilient Mind Psychotherapy, I help individuals recover from anxiety, perfectionism, substance use disorders (SUDs), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), dysfunctional family systems, and prenatal and postpartum stressors/OCD. I have found that a combination of internal family systems therapy (IFS), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and self-compassion can help clients make lasting changes at behavioral (what we do), cognitive (how we think), and emotional (how we feel) levels.
